Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date.
ANY ITEMS THAT ARE TO BE RETURNED MUST BE UNOPENED AND HAVE AN INTACT, UNOPENED SEAL!
Open items will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping on all returns and is subject to a $15.00 restocking fee.
No returns accepted for custom orders or custom clothing or dresses.
**Please beware, any false claims regarding your order with paypal or any chargebacks from your bank or credit institution will result in any future orders placed with my shop under your name, address, or billing information to be CANCELLED. As with other small businesses, we cannot afford to lose money to false claims and fraud. Doing any of the above will result in a permanent ban from my store. Thank you for understanding.**
Quality Guarantee:
If your ears arrive damaged, or if there is any damage not made by regular wear, your ears will be repaired at no cost. Anything sent in for repair or replacement will be shipped back to you at no cost.
What is covered:
- Any characters or ears sewn onto the headband come undone/off.
- Fabric covering headband rips at seam or ribbon grip comes off.
- Any small details come off (sprinkles, bows, etc). *only covered for 90 days after purchase*
What is NOT covered:
- Any damage caused by regular wear in or outside the parks i.e. (water damage, fabric fading from prolonged exposure to sun, damage such as fabric tears or holes, etc.)
- Pulled embroidery stitching or details.
- Stains.
